نحن في دارينا نوفر شحنًا سريعًا وموثوقًا لجميع الطلبات، ويمكنك توقع استلام طلبك خلال 10 إلى 14 يومًا حسب موقعك.
ملاحظة مهمة بخصوص العنوان ورقم الجوال
عند إتمام الطلب، يلتزم العميل بتقديم عنوان صحيح ومكتمل و رقم جوال صالح للتواصل.
وفي حال حدوث أي مشكلة في التوصيل — مثل تأخير، عودة الشحنة، فقدانها، أو عدم قدرة شركة الشحن على التواصل — بسبب عدم إدخال عنوان دقيق أو عدم إضافة رقم جوال صحيح، تكون المسؤولية كاملة على العميل.
ولا تتحمل دارينا أي مسؤولية عن الأخطاء الناتجة عن بيانات شحن غير صحيحة أو ناقصة.
وفي حالات نادرة قد تفرض الجمارك في بلدك رسومًا إضافية مثل ضريبة القيمة المضافة (VAT) أو رسوم التخليص الجمركي أو أي رسوم معالجة أخرى.
وفي مثل هذه الحالات، دارينا غير مسؤولة عن أي رسوم إضافية تفرضها الجهات الجمركية أو البريدية المحلية، وتكون هذه الرسوم على العميل بالكامل.

تنويه مهم بخصوص مدة التوصيل
تحتفظ دارينا بفترة توصيل قصوى تصل إلى 90 يومًا من تاريخ الشحن، وذلك لضمان الامتثال الكامل لإجراءات الشحن الدولية والجمارك في جميع الدول.
وبقيامك بإتمام الطلب، فأنت تقر وتوافق على أن لدارينا الحق في الاستفادة من مدة الـ90 يومًا قبل فتح أي مطالبة أو طلب استرجاع يتعلق بعدم استلام الطلب.

If any delivery issue occurs — such as delays, return-to-sender, failed delivery, lost packages, or inability of the courier to contact the customer — caused by an incomplete address or missing/incorrect phone number, the responsibility lies entirely with the customer.
Darina is not responsible for shipping errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete shipping information.
Additional Fees
In rare cases, additional fees may be imposed by customs in your country, such as VAT, customs clearance fees, or other processing charges.
In such cases, Darina does not cover any additional costs imposed by local customs or postal authorities, and these fees are the full responsibility of the customer.
