يتم استضافة متجرنا على Shopify Inc.، التي توفر لنا منصة التجارة الإلكترونية عبر الإنترنت التي تسمح لنا ببيع منتجاتنا وخدماتنا لك.

القسم 1 - شروط المتجر عبر الإنترنت

بموافقتك على شروط الخدمة هذه، فإنك تقر بأنك قد بلغت سن الرشد في ولايتك أو مقاطعتك التي تقيم فيها، أو أنك قد بلغت سن الرشد في ولايتك أو مقاطعتك التي تقيم فيها وقد منحتنا موافقتك للسماح لأي من القصر الذين تعولهم باستخدام هذا الموقع.

القسم 2 - الشروط العامة

نحتفظ بالحق في رفض تقديم الخدمة لأي شخص لأي سبب في أي وقت.
أنت تدرك أن محتواك (باستثناء معلومات بطاقة الائتمان) قد يتم نقله دون تشفير وقد يتضمن (أ) عمليات إرسال عبر شبكات مختلفة؛ و (ب) تغييرات للتوافق والتكيف مع المتطلبات التقنية لربط الشبكات أو الأجهزة. يتم دائمًا تشفير معلومات بطاقة الائتمان أثناء النقل عبر الشبكات.
أنت توافق على عدم استنساخ، أو تكرار، أو نسخ، أو بيع، أو إعادة بيع، أو استغلال أي جزء من الخدمة، أو استخدام الخدمة، أو الوصول إلى الخدمة، أو أي اتصال على موقع الويب الذي يتم من خلاله تقديم الخدمة، دون إذن كتابي صريح منا.

القسم 3 - دقة المعلومات واكتمالها وتوقيتها

القسم 5 - المنتجات أو الخدمات (إذا كانت قابلة للتطبيق)

قد تكون بعض المنتجات أو الخدمات متاحة حصريًا عبر الإنترنت من خلال موقع الويب. قد تكون هذه المنتجات أو الخدمات بكميات محدودة وتخضع للإرجاع أو الاستبدال فقط وفقًا لسياسة الاسترداد الخاصة بنا.

القسم 6 - دقة معلومات الفواتير والحساب

نحتفظ بالحق في رفض أي طلب تضعه لدينا. يجوز لنا، وفقًا لتقديرنا المطلق، تحديد أو إلغاء الكميات المشتراة لكل شخص أو لكل أسرة أو لكل طلب. قد تشمل هذه القيود الطلبات المقدمة من أو تحت نفس حساب العميل، ونفس بطاقة الائتمان، و/أو الطلبات التي تستخدم نفس عنوان الفواتير و/أو الشحن. في حالة قيامنا بإجراء تغيير على طلب أو إلغائه، قد نحاول إخطارك عن طريق الاتصال بالبريد الإلكتروني و/أو عنوان الفواتير/رقم الهاتف المقدم في وقت تقديم الطلب. نحتفظ بالحق في تحديد أو حظر الطلبات التي، في تقديرنا المطلق، يبدو أنها مقدمة من قبل تجار أو بائعي جملة أو موزعين.

أنت توافق على تقديم معلومات شراء وحساب حالية وكاملة ودقيقة لجميع المشتريات التي تتم في متجرنا. أنت توافق على تحديث حسابك والمعلومات الأخرى على الفور، بما في ذلك عنوان بريدك الإلكتروني وأرقام بطاقات الائتمان وتواريخ انتهائها، حتى نتمكن من إكمال معاملاتك والاتصال بك حسب الحاجة.

القسم 7 - سياسة الشحن

نحن في دارينا نوفر شحنا سريعًا وموثوقًا لجميع الطلبات، ويمكنك توقع استلام طلبك خلال 10 إلى 14 يومًا حسب موقعك.
وفي حالات نادرة قد تفرض الجمارك في بلدك رسومًا إضافية مثل ضريبة القيمة المضافة أو رسوم التخليص الجمركي أو أي (VAT) أو رسوم معالجة أخرى.
وفي مثل هذه الحالات، دارينا غير مسؤولة عن أي رسوم إضافية تفرضها الجهات الجمركية أو البريدية المحلية، وتكون هذه الرسوم على العميل بالكامل.
لأي استفسار أو مساعدة بخصوص الشحن، يُرجى التواصل مع فريق خدمة العملاء لدينا، وسنكون سعداء بخدمتك في أقرب وقت ممكن.

تنويه مهم بخصوص مدة التوصيل

تحتفظ دارينا بفترة توصيل قصوى تصل إلى 90 يومًا من تاريخ الشحن، وذلك لضمان الامتثال الكامل لإجراءات الشحن الدولية والجمارك في جميع الدول.
وبقيامك بإتمام الطلب، فأنت تقر وتوافق على أن لدارينا الحق في الاستفادة من مدة الـ 90 يومًا قبل فتح أي مطالبة أو طلب استرجاع يتعلق بعدم استلام الطلب.

القسم 8 - سياسة الاسترداد

لدينا سياسة إرجاع لمدة 30 يومًا، مما يعني أن لديك 30 يومًا بعد استلام منتجك لطلب الإرجاع.

لكي يكون المنتج مؤهلاً للإرجاع، يجب أن يكون في نفس حالته الأصلية — غير ملبوس أو غير مستخدم، مع الملصقات، وفي عبوته الأصلية. كما يلزم توفر الإيصال أو إثبات الشراء.

إذا تم قبول طلب الإرجاع، سنرسل لك ملصق الشحن وتعليمات واضحة حول طريقة ومكان إعادة المنتج.
لن يتم قبول أي منتج يتم إرساله دون طلب إرجاع مسبق.

رسوم الاشتراك (التجديد التلقائي)

عند شراء منتج بنظام الاشتراك، يتم تجديد الاشتراك تلقائيًا وفق المدة والفوترة المحددة عند الدفع، ويتم خصم رسوم التجديد في التاريخ المقرر.

رسوم الاشتراك والتجديدات غير قابلة للاسترداد بعد تنفيذ الخصم.
ويمكن تفادي الخصم مستقبلاً من خلال إلغاء الاشتراك قبل موعد إعادة الفوترة القادم.
وفي حال إلغاء الاشتراك قبل تاريخ إعادة الفوترة، فلن يتم خصم أي رسوم جديدة.

الأضرار والمشكلات

نرجو منك فحص طلبك فور استلامه والتواصل معنا مباشرة إذا لاحظت وجود منتج معيب، أو تالف، أو إذا وصلك منتج غير صحيح، حتى نتمكن من معالجة المشكلة بأسرع وقت.

الطلبات التي تم معالجتها

بمجرد تقديم الطلب ومعالجته (أي عند خصم المبلغ وبدء تجهيز الطلب للشحن)، لا يكون الطلب مؤهلاً للإلغاء أو الإرجاع أو استرداد المبلغ.
يصبح المنتج مؤهلاً لاسترداد المبلغ فقط في حال استخدامه وفق التعليمات وامتثال العميل لجميع شروط ضمان استرداد الأموال الموضحة أدناه.

ضمان استرداد الأموال المشروط لمدة 30 يومًا

نقدم ضمانًا مشروطًا لمدة 30 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام. للاستفادة من هذا الضمان، يجب:

توثيق الاستخدام اليومي للمنتج عبر مقاطع فيديو قصيرة طوال فترة الضمان.

توضيح الكمية المستخدمة يوميًا (عدد الكبسولات، الملليلترات، إلخ) داخل الفيديو أو في سجل مؤرخ.

يجب تقديم المطالبة خلال 30 يومًا من تسجيل الطلب كـ “تم التسليم”.
قد نطلب إثبات الشراء والسجلات/المقاطع للتحقق من الأهلية.

يغطي الضمان سعر المنتج فقط ولا يشمل رسوم الشحن الأصلية.
وتكون تكلفة شحن الإرجاع على العميل ما لم ينص النظام على خلاف ذلك.

الاستثناءات / المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع

لا يمكن إرجاع المنتجات التالية:

السلع القابلة للتلف (الأغذية، النباتات، الزهور…)

المنتجات المخصصة أو المصنوعة حسب الطلب

منتجات العناية الشخصية

المواد الخطرة والسوائل أو الغازات القابلة للاشتعال

كما لا نقبل إرجاع المنتجات المخفضة أو بطاقات الهدايا.

الاستبدال

أسرع طريقة للحصول على المنتج المطلوب هي إرجاع المنتج الحالي، وبمجرد قبول الإرجاع يمكنك تقديم طلب جديد.

فترة التهدئة للاتحاد الأوروبي (14 يومًا)

إذا كان الشحن داخل دول الاتحاد الأوروبي، يحق لك إلغاء الطلب خلال 14 يومًا لأي سبب دون الحاجة لتبرير، بشرط أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية مع إثبات الشراء.

المبالغ المستردة

سوف نبلغك عند استلام المنتج المُعاد وفحصه، ونخبرك بقرار الموافقة على الاسترداد.
في حال الموافقة، يتم إصدار المبلغ خلال 10 أيام عمل إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.

قد يتطلب البنك أو شركة البطاقة وقتًا إضافيًا لمعالجة المبلغ.

القسم 9 - رسوم الاشتراك (التجديد التلقائي)

الرسوم المتكررة
عند شراء منتج بنظام الاشتراك، يتم تجديد الاشتراك تلقائيًا وفق المدة والفوترة المحددة عند الدفع، ويتم خصم رسوم التجديد في التاريخ المقرر.
وتستمر عملية الخصم ما لم تقم بإلغاء الاشتراك بنفسك.

التكرار والمبلغ
سيتم إصدار الفاتورة كل [30 يومًا] بالمبلغ الموضح عند الدفع.
قد يشمل هذا المبلغ الضرائب ورسوم الشحن (إن وجدت). وقد تختلف هذه المدة إذا كانت خطة الاشتراك لديك مختلفة.

رسوم الاشتراك غير قابلة للاسترداد
جميع الرسوم الخاصة بتجديدات الاشتراك غير قابلة للاسترداد بشكل نهائي، حتى في حال عدم فتح المنتج أو عدم استخدامه.
وبالاستمرار في الاشتراك، فأنت تقرّ وتوافق على هذا البند.

الموعد النهائي للإلغاء
لتجنب خصم رسوم الشحنة القادمة، يجب إلغاء الاشتراك قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من موعد الفوترة التالي.

القسم 10 - الأدوات الاختيارية (كان القسم 7)

قد نوفر لك الوصول إلى أدوات طرف ثالث لا نراقبها ولا نتحكم فيها ولا نتدخل فيها.
أنت تقر وتوافق على أننا نوفر الوصول إلى مثل هذه الأدوات "كما هي" و"حسب توفرها" دون أي ضمانات أو إقرارات أو شروط من أي نوع ودون أي مصادقة. لن نتحمل أي مسؤولية على الإطلاق تنشأ عن أو تتعلق باستخدامك للأدوات الاختيارية للطرف الثالث.
أي استخدام من قبلك للأدوات الاختيارية المعروضة من خلال الموقع يكون على مسؤوليتك وتقديرك الخاص بالكامل ويجب عليك التأكد من أنك مطلع وموافق على الشروط التي يتم بموجبها توفير الأدوات من قبل مقدم (مقدمي) الطرف الثالث المعني.
قد نقدم أيضًا، في المستقبل، خدمات و/أو ميزات جديدة من خلال موقع الويب (بما في ذلك إصدار أدوات وموارد جديدة). تخضع هذه الميزات و/أو الخدمات الجديدة أيضًا لشروط الخدمة هذه.

Damages and Issues
